ADA Plan Submission Instructions

A new Plan for Compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) using the newly revised ADA Plan Outline and based on the findings of the organizations own self-assessment using the “Self-Assessment Survey and Planning Tool” developed by the NJ Cultural Access Network Project is required by December 31, 2012.

The three-year (FY13 – FY15) Plan for Compliance must follow the revised format and address the questions listed in the “ADA Plan Outline”. 

• A PDF reference copy of the Outline containing the questions in the outline can be downloaded below.
• To begin your plan, click the link "ADA Plan Outline" below.
• In order to return to your work at a later time, please be sure to click the "Save and Continue" button on the top of the second page. You can supply an email address to save your progress. A unique link will be emailed to you that will allow you to return to your survey where you left off.
• When you are satisfied that you have completed your plan you may request a copy of your plan by contacting Robert Carr at rcarr@njtheatrealliance.org.
