Advance Notification Policy

If individual assistance or assistive technology is needed to attend a performance at one of our member theatres, please contact that theatre at the telephone of TTY number listed. We recommend contacting any theatre for this purpose at least two weeks prior to performance. Theatres that host sign language, open-captioned and audio described performances do so on specific dates; please contact the theatre for more details on these performance dates.
