The New Jersey Theatre Alliance and its member theatres are committed to the development and education of the next generation of theatre professionals.

NJTA member theatres offer a range of opportunities to aspiring professionals, from the very structured program to the informal camaraderie of our smaller theatres.

No matter the size of the theatre, each intern/apprentice is given a valuable training ground in the day-to-day functioning of a professional theatre.
