The Applause Awards provides a unique opportunity for the New Jersey Theatre Alliance to honor the people, businesses or foundations whose efforts and support have created a positive effect on the life of the state through their support of the theatre community.  Proceeds from the event support the Theatre Alliance’s diverse programming, including the popular annual Family Week at the Theatre, and New Jersey’s discount ticketing website for the performing arts: njArtsTix.org.
