This session is for the Artistic, Literary, and Producing Staff of NJTA member theatres. This roundtable will be focused on "Navigating Change". Join us for breakout conversations on what it means to be new to an organization and what challenges they have seen, identifying what is not working in your company’s current structure, what you can possibly do to change it, and who you will need to educate in order to do so, identifying what we have learned so far in the online world that will benefit us after the pandemic ends, the new positions that we wish were more common in theatres.
