Meet and connect with other emerging leaders from the New Jersey Theatre Alliance Membership. This gathering is open to:

• Individuals who are 35 years or younger OR who have been in the theatre/performing arts field five years or less.
• Recently transitioned into the arts from another sector.
• New to the New Jersey theatre community.
