NJSCA Playwriting Fellows Showcase Readings
New Jersey State Council on the Arts 2020 Playwriting Fellowship Showcase Readings
As part of the 2020 Stages Festival, New Jersey Theatre Alliance in partnership with The NJ Play Lab and Premiere Stages at Kean University will offer two celebratory evenings of excerpts from plays by the current NJSCA Playwriting Fellows read by a dynamic professional cast followed by a discussion with the artists.
The NJSCA Individual Artist Fellowships are highly-competitive awards to New Jersey artists in 12 different arts disciplines awarded solely on independent peer panel assessment of work samples submitted. The anonymous process is focused solely on artistic quality, and awards may be used to help artists produce new work and advance their careers.
