STATEMENT OF POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: An ideal candidate will have experience in ticket management software, volunteer relations, prior house management experience, and knowledge or interest in learning ADA compliance guidelines. Duties include oversight of all front of house operations, coordination and recruitment of essential volunteer base, maintenance, and inventory of the Outdoor Stage gift shop and concessions, guidance of Patron Services Associates, and management of Box Office operations in absence of Patron Services Associates. The position is for the summer (late June - August 4th), with potential opportunity for extension. Must be able to work nights and weekends.
Oversee all front of house operations for Outdoor Stage shows
Manage volunteer relations
Organize, and manage gift shop and concession stock
Assist the Director of Patron Services as needed with special events, special projects
Exemplary customer service skills
Efficient problem solver
Excellent time management
Dedication and ability to balance multiple projects
Knowledge of theater and theater databases preferred
