QUALIFICATIONS The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience: • At least 18 years of age • Bilingual (Spanish & English Strongly Preferred) • Organized, punctual, and can complete multiple tasks effectively. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office • Fluency in Social Media platforms • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite a plus • Must be a Team Player
WORK DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO • Handling new student intake, measuring and sizing both children and adults for dancewear, shoes, and cross documenting the information in our various databases. • Responding to inquiry emails, calls, and social media messages in a polite manner with a sense of urgency. • Posting on Social Media (Facebook, Instagram, etc) and local arts marketing and community sites • Maintaining cleanliness and neat appearance of the work stations • There is a lot to learn and there is always something to do
