Responsibilities include financial management and reporting, inventory and facility management, as well as staff management and task delegation.
Energetic professional who enjoys wearing multiple hats. Experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks and able to work independently with little supervision. Well organized, flexible, and interested in solving the administrative challenges of supporting a growing non-profit theatre. Industry knowledge and/or passion for the arts is a plus.
This is a part-time position requiring approximately 25-30 hours of work per week.

Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
Process bi-weekly, monthly and production payroll
Manage cash accounts and banking
Reconcile bank accounts with books
Monitor expenses and receipts, provide regular budget-to-actual reports and cashflow forecasts
