Every Thursday at 4:00 PM from June 17 – August 26
Reservations Required: $5 cash-at-the-door
Based on ELTC’s long-standing TALES OF THE VICTORIANS, this version was devised in 2020 due to the pandemic. We can't offer you a cup of tea and homemade treats like usual when we perform at local B&Bs and shops, but performers are still reading stories by American authors, famous speeches, and one-act plays. Like last year, TALES are outside in a shaded backyard in Cape May. Performers use microphones. Reservations are required and may be made by calling 609-884-5898 or e-mailing firstname.lastname@example.org. When making a reservation, the location will be revealed. Ticket price is $5 cash-at-the-door; ages 12 and under are free.
Our 2021 Schedule will be up soon. To read about who performed what in TALES IN THE BACKYARD in 2020, and learn more about TALES, visit http://www.tinyurl.com/ELTC-tales
ELTC will adhere to whatever outdoor-mask-wearing rule is in place in NJ at the time, and ask that everyone sit where socially-distanced seats have been cleaned and placed, until further notice. We'll not be serving drinks and food, but you may bring a beverage and a snack. Restroom facilities are not available.
